Registration Process

The admission process begins when the prospective family requests an application for registration and meets with the school principal or staff to determine if all requirements listed below have been met:
- Child/ren meets all state requirements.
- Child/ren has an excellent discipline record from previous school (if applicable).
- Child/ren’s previous school records demonstrate willingness to complete, and participate in all course work as indicated in good academic standing status (if applicable).
Upon being admitted to the school, a registration application for admission must be filed in the school office. Along with the following…
- An official birth certificate
- A Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- A copy of two of the most recent report card and Individual Educaion Plan (IEP), if applicable.
- A $125.00 Registration fee (non-refundable)
- Shot Record and all required exams
